Lead the month-end close process for Sales & Margin, ensuring timely and accurate analysis and reporting for the consolidated cluster.
Oversee the sales/margin processes, including in-month margin projections and month-end walks, ensuring alignment with organizational targets and strong visibility on drivers.
Direct the monthly forecasting, quarterly reviews, strategic planning, and budgeting cycles for sales & margin.
Deliver in-depth analysis of past and future trends across key performance indicators, identifying risks and opportunities.
Develop and recommend financial strategies by evaluating options in relation to organizational goals.
Lead scenario modeling and generate forward-looking projections to support business decision-making.
Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and executive leadership.
Serve as the main point of contact for price & margin transformation initiatives, collaborating with the transformation office and Margin Excellence function.
Act as a bridge between the international team and local regions, driving process improvements, automation, and efficiency.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional financial and business projects, ensuring delivery of project objectives.
Provide expert financial support to President/CFO, sales partners, and other business leaders.
Champion the use of advanced analytics, digital tools, and process automation to drive business insights.
